Reporting a Problem

If something isn't working correctly, please include as much of the following information as possible:

• Your phone model

• Whether you're using iPhone or Android

• Your operating system version

• The version of Little Guardian you're using

• What you were doing when the problem occurred

• What you expected to happen

• What actually happened

• Whether the problem happens every time

• A screenshot of the problem, if possible

You do not need to include sensitive personal information when reporting a problem.

Common Help

My Guardian or progress isn't appearing correctly

Try completely closing Little Guardian and reopening it.

If the problem continues, contact us before deleting or reinstalling the app, particularly if you're concerned about saved progress.

Adventure Map isn't finding my location

The Adventure Map requires location permission to show relevant nearby locations and Guardian encounters.

Check that location access is enabled for Little Guardian in your phone's settings.

Your location is used for Adventure Map features and is not displayed to other users.

A feature isn't available yet

Some Little Guardian features unlock as you spend time with your Guardian and they grow.

Other features may only appear at certain times or when particular events are active.
